Summary of install changes

If you're following along, here's a simplified way to get all the packages after an Ubuntu Minimal install:

1. apt-get -y install xorg nvidia-glx-96 alsa-base alsa-oss alsa-utils xdm synaptic software-properties-gtk menu deborphan apt-xapian-index wicd python-notify libnotify-bin xscreensaver xscreensaver-gl xscreensaver-gl-extras xscreensaver-data-extra xarchiver rar unrar midori flashplugin-installer xfce4 mousepad xfce4-notifyd xfce4-battery-plugin xfce4-power-manager xfce4-power-manager-plugins xfce4-sensors-plugin xfce4-terminal xfce4-verve-plugin xfce4-weather-plugin xfce4-places-plugin thunar-media-tags-plugin thunar-archive-plugin thunar-thumbnailers catfish
2. apt-get -y purge openoffice orage
3. apt-get autoremove
